Aura Sky Pool is open daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, with last entry at 9:00 PM. We operate 365 days a year, including public holidays.

We are located on the 50th floor of Palm Tower at Palm Jumeirah, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The location offers spectacular 360-degree views of Dubai's skyline.

Smart casual attire is required. Swimwear must be covered when not at the pool area. Appropriate beachwear is mandatory for pool access. We maintain high standards to ensure a premium experience for all guests.

Yes, all ages are welcome at Aura Sky Pool. Children under 12 must be accompanied by adults at all times. We provide a family-friendly environment with dedicated areas for different age groups.

We offer an infinity pool, sky lounge, private cabanas, luxury changing facilities, lockers, showers, towel service, and observation decks. Our concierge team is available to assist with any special requests.

You can reach us by car, taxi, or public transport. We're approximately 25 minutes from Dubai International Airport and 20 minutes from Dubai Marina. Valet parking and visitor parking are available.

Please bring valid ID, swimwear, and sunscreen. Towels are provided. Lockers are available for personal belongings. Photography equipment is welcome for personal use.

Yes, we offer both valet parking and self-parking options. The parking garage is secure with 24/7 security. Electric vehicle charging stations are also available.
